Grown fresh right here in the valley by a 20+ year Horticultural Specialist. We are located south of Golden and harvest fresh microgreens EVERY week with deliveries within the Golden area, Radium & Invermere.
At Saunders Family Farm we still make our jams in the same old-fashioned way. The jam is kettle cooked in small batches, in our federally regulated facility located in Invermere, British Columbia.

Prepare Your Glass:Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.Mix the Base:In a shaker, combine 1 oz Rum, 1 oz Malibu, and 3 oz Pineapple Juice. Shake well to mix the ingredients.Pour the Base:Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over the ice.Add the Blue Curacao:Slowly pour 1/2 oz Blue Curacao over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect. The Blue Curacao should settle gently on top of the base mix.Finish with Grenadine:Carefully pour 1/2 oz Grenadine over the back of a spoon, letting it sink to the bottom of the glass to create a beautiful gradient.Garnish and Serve:Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry on top for a festive touch.Enjoy:Serve immediately and enjoy your Rocky Mountain Rainbow cocktail!This colorful and refreshing cocktail is perfect for sipping on a warm day or as a vibrant addition to any gathering. Nihari is a deliciously smooth flour-based lamb stew, slow-cooked in a myriad of spices. Reserved for royal kitchens in the past, Nihari Masala is a delicacy, now found in many restaurants in Delhi, and Hyderabad, and now on the Christmas Menu at Elements, Copper Point Resort.
Nihari can be enjoyed best with Khamiri Roti or Naan bread.
Smoke Paprika – 60 grams
Chili Powder – 60 grams
Coriander, ground – 10 grams
Cayenne Pepper, ground – 10 grams
Cumin, ground – 20 grams
Black Pepper, course ground – 10 grams
Salt, Kosher – 15 grams
*Combine all spices together in a bowl and use for seasoning meat.
Garlic, minced – 5 cloves
Lemon, juiced and zested – 1 whole
Worcestershire – 2 tablespoons
Sour Cream – 2 cups
Salt – 3 teaspoons
Black Pepper, ground – 2 teaspoons
Basil, fresh, chopped – 7-8 leaves
Thyme, fresh, chopped – 5 sprigs
Cashew Nut, whole - 100g
Salt – 5g/1 teaspoon
Garlic, peeled – 70g/5-6 cloves
Red Wine Vinegar – 250ml
Capers - 50ml
Grana Padano Cheese, grated - 100g
Dijon Mustard, smooth – 30g/2 tablespoons
Lemon, juiced – 1 whole
Black Pepper, Ground – 5g/1 teaspoon
Canola oil – 1 cup
Olive Oil – 1 cup
***Recipe will make about 3 cups of dressing.

Started working in a Japanese restaurant and by my passion and enthusiase I continue my journey in Kuwait as a teppanyaki chef. Eventually I worked with different cuisines and became a Head Chef in Group Six Company, consulting and opening brands in Kuwait, Riyadh and London.
Meet our Food, Beverage & Events Manager, Melissa Martineau Melissa has always had a gift for planning and coordinating, whether it be for weddings, conferences or hockey tournaments for her own 3 boys. She excels at translating her clients’ visions into successful events with seamless execution. Curating events is her favorite part of her job and she particularly enjoys liaising with clients to advise them on every detail from design elements to custom menu planning. Her career began in Calgary in the food & beverage industry. She eventually moved to the Edmonton area, where her and her husband, Steve, grew to manage their own restaurant for many years. She left the restaurant to attend college and became a Travel Agent, furthering her planning and coordinating skills with corporate and leisure travel. With an urge to work closer to home, she began her career in 2009 at the Best Western Sunrise Inn & Suites in Stony Plain. It was not long before her talent was noticed in the community, leading to her receiving awards for excellence including Manager of the Year in 2011 from the Stony Plain Chamber of Commerce. Melissa has been working for INNhotels for 14 years at the Stony Plain Properties (Best Western Sunrise Inn & Suites and Stony Plain Inn & Suites). She is thankful for the support from her amazing team throughout the years. It has helped her grow in the company and in the community. Melissa is excited to provide more amazing things for the coming years ahead with the new innovations in our restaurants and create unforgettable, memorable experiences for our clients 'To become a great chef, you must work alongside great chefs.'
Born Hay River, N.W.T.Raised in a small town in Sask, pop 11.Attended high school in Weyburn Sask.Moved to Jasper in Sept 2000 and worked his way up from dishwasher to sous chef throughout different restaurant around town.Started at the Jasper Inn on May 20th 2014.
Toby was born in Ottawa, and grew up in a military house hold where they moved every two years. He also lived in West Germany during the cold war and later returned to Ottawa with his family. He has attended Algonquin College for culinary management. After, he finished he moved to Jasper where he has been there every since and has been working at Jasper INN since May 2011.
