Born and raised in Delhi, India, Chef Tapish’s love of food and healthy produce was inspired by his family. Spending most of his free time as a child in the kitchen with his parents, his passion for food led him to a culinary career. “The kitchen is the place where I feel I always belong, it’s where I am meant to be”, he shares.
Chef Tapish’s career has taken him to kitchens all over the world, including Hotel Taj Palace, the Orient Express, Radisson Hotels, Emirates Airlines, Irish Sports Clubs, and now as Chef De Cuisine at Elements, at Copper Point Resort.
